Lanark County, Ontario's newest accommodation/get-a-way is Circa 1894; a B&B and Guest House located in the Sunday School portion of a newly renovated former United Church in the Hamlet of Watson's Corners, outside the village of Lanark, an hour from Ottawa and 1 1/4 hours N of Kingston.

Circa 1894 boasts three ample sized guest rooms. Also included for the exclusive use of our guests is a sitting area with a lovely fireplace; a Satellite, large screen (40') TV; a well equipped kitchenette and three piece bath. As well, you have access to a two piece bath and change room showers. Both the Rose Room and the Moon Room offer queen sized comfort and harken you back to a bygone era with their antique dressers. Just a few minutes away you can discover the largest colony of Lady Slipper Orchids in all of Ontario with 16,000 in bloom this year. We are always happy to suggest places to eat and things to see, so don't hesitate to ask.

There are several golf courses within very easy driving distance; many festivals, including The Maple Syrup Festival in April, free music in the park at The Stewart Park Festival in July and the Garlic Festival and The Blue Skies Festival in August, and much more to see and do, including that we are just one hour from Canada's Capital and all that Ottawa has to offer. We are located approx. 25 minutes NW of Perth, one hour from downtown Ottawa and less than 3 from Montreal; 1 1/4 hours north of Kingston, ON and less than 4 hours from Toronto. Coming from points south, take Hwy 511 north through Lanark and then turn left on County Rd 8/Watson's Corners Road. We are located in the Hamlet of Watson's Corners; turn right on the four corners and we are immediately on the left. You can't miss us as we are in what was a church for well over a century (since 1894). It is now our home, a B&B (in the former Sunday School) and a Day Spa. Come Pamper Yourself today.
