Layout of the villa
The villa bedrooms/living area are distributed per the below:
• Main Level - 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and sea view balcony, 1 family bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 singles beds in the loft, 2 bathrooms en suite, 1 WC, elevator available to all levels (6 people)
• Upper Level - 2 bedrooms with 2 singles beds each and sea view balcony, 2 bathrooms en suite, elevator available to all levels (4 people)
• Lower Level – 1 living room, 1 hammam en suite, 1 small kitchen at the staff room, 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 5 bathrooms en suite, 1 bathroom, elevator available to all levels (11 people)
We can connect in every room the two single beds into one double bed and place upper mattresses having the feeling of a perfect double bed. Moreover, there is the option in some rooms to add extra beds, camp beds and baby cots if needed.

• Daily cleaning/housekeeping service (change of linen and towels approximately every three days). Bed and linen towels, one body, face and beach towel per person

• Boat chartering - With a variety of different boats to choose (size, engine, skipper, etc.). Moreover, with a further discussion we might be able to provide equipment for different kind of water sports (e.g. water ski)
• Cooking service - Specializes in Traditional Greek Cuisine. Breakfast includes fresh bread, croissants, cakes, omelet, orange juice, coffee etc.
• Winery list - We offer a variety of local wines for our guests to choose on their stay.
• Wedding ceremonies up to 35 people– Upon discussion, we are happy to have private wedding ceremonies and events for our guests in our villas.
• A big variety of water games and gadgets - We can arrange underwater scooters, jet boards, big inflatable games and more for you to use.

Interaction with guests:Â We are always close to our guests! If something comes up, we provide our help right away! Upon guests' arrival, we waiting in the villa to provide them with all information regarding the house. We stay in touch with our guests during their vacations in order to advice them about the beaches and the local restaurants
I can honestly say that this villa has it all....the amazing facilities, the location and the perfect hosts who have thought of absolutely everything! The pictures on line looked so beautiful we half expected it not to be as good in reality but its even better. The rooms are spacious and well appointed all having en suites. There are loads of activities to do with tennis, volleyball, table tennis and then all the water activities. There were even inflatables for the kids to play with in the pool. The beach is on the door step with crystal clear waters and plenty of pretty bays to kayak or paddle board to. There is lots to do locally with some great places to eat out. We hired a boat and went cove hopping and went to Spetses and then took a ferry to Hydra, both are worth doing. One of our group had a birthday while we were there and we organised the chef to come to the villa to cook, he designed a menu around us and then produced fantastic food including a cake with 51 candles!! Nothing seemed too much trouble for Alexandra’s or Virginie to sort. I can honestly say this place will be hard to beat and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you

About the neighbourhood
Porto Heli town is approximately 15 min drive. From Costa port (5 min drive from Porto Heli) sea taxis take visitors to Spetses island (10 min, 30€ per taxi - 8ppl).
In Spetses you can find many historical buildings, museums, art galleries as well as restaurants, bars and bouzouki clubs from 'Dapia' to 'Old harbour' and 'Ayia Marina', and even more remote beaches.
Hydra Island is a little further away, 35 min drive to Porto Hydra from the villa and then 10 min with the sea taxi to Hydra town. Hydra is famous for its picturesque architecture, the vivid nightlife and cosmopolitan character. Hiking is a popular thing to do as the island is crossed by many walking paths that lead to impressive spots with sea view and historical monasteries.
Getting around
The villa is located approximately 40m away from the warm, crystal clear waters of sandy Panagitsa beach and 250m away from charmimg and family-friendly Vrochitsa beach. Protected from the Argolic Gulf due to their position, bothe beaches are situated in shallow and calm coves- making them perfect for youngsters to enjoy safely. The area's climate makes it ideal for water sports, due to the lack of wind compared with the open waters of the Aegean Sea.
