The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs is a private roof terrace of 25m2, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool with paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away!
