All rooms have their individual inverter system air conditioning machine (cold air or hot air for winter). Designated Nautical Station where you can enjoy all kinds of nautical activities, visit the famous railway museums, the romantic house Can Papiol or Masia Cabanyes. • 10 km. In the neighboring town of Calafell we find an 18-hole golf course · 15 km. we find the cosmopolitan population of Sitges. • 20 km. in the town of Albiñana is the water park • At 50 km we find Port Aventura. Located in Cubelles (Barcelona), with an ideal climate throughout the year and close to places of interest in Barcelona and Tarragona, close to the Port Aventura theme park and numerous beaches along the coast where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun. The exterior extension of the house (700m2) with 2 large terraces with tables and hammocks that will allow you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate, preparing delicious barbecues, cooling off in the pool, sunbathing or simply chatting and having a snack in the garden. Villa Lagem is cozy and has everything you need to feel at home. Two km away, there is the train station, with a direct destination every 30 min. to Barcelona, ideal for visiting places of interest. The house is 40 min. from the Port Aventura theme park, ideal for spending a fun day with children. Villa Lagem is the house that you are looking for, ideal for people who are looking for family, youth, senior or any other type of tourism. The villa is only 5 min. from the numerous beaches and restaurants, incredible beaches (such as those of Vilanova i la Geltrú), where you can enter the sea without it barely covering you, there is very little depth, and you can enjoy a lot with small children. The temperature of the sea water varies slightly by a few degrees and you can swim with a pleasant temperature most of the year. The average ambient temperature in the summer months is 26º Celsius, and in months like April and October the maximum is approximately 21º. The local gastronomy of the area presents a wide range of dishes with an unmistakable Mediterranean flavour, in which products from the countryside and the sea are harmoniously combined: xató, calçots, rossejat noodles, paellas are some of the most popular specialties who have left this area. And to accompany these dishes, what better option than a good wine? In the bordering region of El Penedes, a good part of the wine-producing territories in the area are included within the cava denomination of origin. The importance that the wine activity has is revealed in the numerous tastings, fairs and popular festivals related to the sector that take place throughout the year, especially at the time of the grape harvest, at the end of summer.
