The converted mill dates back in time and the building attracts lots of appealing eyes and compliments. Located in the tall mill building along with 7 other apartments. Number 1 being the largest with it's own courtyard and entrance. Ironbridge is a pleasant 15 minute walk, also in walking distance you have some fantastic pubs for great dining or just a casual drink. The neighbouring village of Broseley has a very successful and recommended butcher, along with a bakers and green grocers. A great location if you're visiting relatives/friends in the Telford area or if you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the area of the Ironbridge. Lots of wonderful attractions within walking distance, not to mention local watering holes and enchanting walks. Wonderful break away
We had a fab break away at Jackfield Mill. Ceri was extremely helpful and kept in contact with us. The building is steeped in amazing history and the apartment was well equipped and clean. It is in a great location to explore Ironbridge, Shrewsbury and the numerous local museums. Also lots of lovely walks along the River Severn. Definitely recommend.

Quirky but Good
This property is located in and old mill complex which has been extensively renovated but still has some of the original features. The property is spread over 2 floors with entrances on both levels. The facilities are excellent and the standard of the accommodation and fittings are of a very high order. The location is quiet and very peaceful. The information provided in the property for local attractions is extensive and very useful. There are a number of pubs with minutes walking distance serving a high standard of fare as well as some local artisan outlets literally next door. All in all a great find and highly recommended. The owner was very helpful to deal with and provided all the necessary instructions so as to arrive at the property which is tucked away

Family loved it!
Great house! We came in may to attend a conference so didn’t get to know the beauty of this area. The house was lovely, clean and spacious - just what we needed for that time. Leaving, we felt a yearning to go back so we did for a four day break and it was great! Ceri the land lady was brilliant and it really felt like a home from home. There was so much to do in the area and so much to see. We loved it and will certainly be going again and again! Our lil discovery and haven. Thank you Ceri Lisa, Steve, daisy & Bethany

enjoyed our stay
the holiday apartment was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Lots of liitle extras ie toilet rolls, washing up liquid. Good quality bedding and towel We loved the area. Much nicer then Ironbridge itself. We managed to walk to Ironbridge a couple of times. There are lots of pubs nearby for meals and drinks. The food was OK but not brilliant.. The Chinese takeaway at Brosely was the best. Highlights of the stay was our visit to Blists Hill and the Coalport china museum. The lady who showed us round the museum was lovely. The scenery is spectacular in places so we spent a lot of time just walking along the river. Our visit was a long week-end. We will definitely come again and stay at the mill. The flat was good value for money and Ceri was the perfect host.

Wonderful Weekend
Had a great weekend staying at the apartment , nice and quiet and close to the river . Ironbridge and its museums are very close by and within walking distance. , lovely walks along the river and several pubs close by with great food , always best to book a table in high season as very busy. Maws craft centre is next door with a lovely tea room. The weather was perfect for the bank holiday which is very rare . Thanks to Ceri who kept us updated with our booking and information. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was fab, everything was great inside and location amazing, would definately go back
The apartment was well equipped, layout was fab for 5 people. The location is amazing with Ironbridge just a stones throw and great places to eat out within walking distance. Fabulous view along the river. We were there for a family wedding so didn't get much chance to explore will 100% be going back. Ceri, the owner was also fab in that she kept us informed and also made sure we had settled in with no problems, this all despite the fact that she was also away on a wedding trip. Thank you

Lovely place to stay, lovely holiday.
We had a brilliant time staying at Jackfield Mill. The location is ideal as you can easily walk to the Tile Museum and the China Clay museum, plus a craft centre and a couple of pubs are right on your doorstep. We have stayed in Ironbridge itself previously and much preferred the Jackfield location as it was quieter, greener, had lots of parking and still very easy to get around. The apartment itself is great. We were three adults and one child and the apartment was plenty big enough for us all. The beds are comfy, the furnishings are good and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was also spotlessly clean for our arrival. I read in one of the reviews that there wasn't a shower. There is now a shower over the bath and this had good water pressure and a combi boiler meant there was no problems of running out of hot water. This is a great area to come to for a holiday. There is so much to do in and around Ironbridge. Blists Hill is our favourite, along with Engenuity. Just a little further out, there is also lots in the area to see such as Weston Park and Shrewsbury. We had a fab day out at Hawkstone Follies which was about a 35 minute drive away. All in all, it was a really good holiday. I would highly recommend both the destination and this apartment. When we come back to the area we will definitely want to stay in this apartment again.

Truly a Perfect Home Away from Home
With its very comfortable furniture and furnishings, and being very well appointed with kitchen and laundry appliances, this is truly a "Home away from Home". This is hardly surprising, as until recently it actually was Ceriann's tastefully furnished home. We spent a very pleasant and comfortable month there. And hopefully it will be available again the next time we get to the UK. Apart from the house itself which was originally a mill, the surrounding area is full of history from the Industrial Revolution, and well-supplied with nearby pubs and restaurants. I personally recommend the Black Swan for its atmosphere.

Lovely place to stay
Myself and my family spent 3 nights at the mill. Lovely clean apartment in a quiet location next to craft centre. About 10 mins walk to tile museum. This was really interesting place and had some great displays. Only a short walk to the foot bridge that takes you to tar tunnel, China museum. Unfortunately the tar tunnel tour was closed when we went. The Shakespeare inn provided a fantastic meal and a great play area for the children. The blist hill Victorian village is a short drive away. It can be walked to but with a little one it was easier to drive. This place was great, the whole family enjoyed this. The same for the main attraction ironbridge, plenty of parking, nice little shops, cafes/restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. From fully kitted kitchen to nice airy bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space in the bigger rooms. There was no hangers so take them with you. The single bedroom was nice and spacious. It opened out onto patio yard. No wardrobe in here but there is a draw unit. We tended to use this door as our entrance instead of using the main apartment doors. In the upstairs bedroom a bedside table and light would be handy but not a necessity. The bathroom was clean but small with a handy unit. No windows but it was well lit and did have a fan. It didn't have a fixed shower unit/head on the wall which I personally prefer. Before we got there I thought the big grassed area would ideal for the children to play on. It is next to mill but there is no access to the front without going all the way round. They played happy enough in the little yard. I never met Ceriann but she always replied straight away to my text messages. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Thanks Leanne for your valuable comments and feedback. I am pleased you and your family enjoyed exploring the area whilst you stayed in our apartment. We get such great feedback about the location for those loving to visit the museums and the many tourist attractions. I will be adding hangers to my next shopping list- they were breeding in the wardrobes at one point and now, they have all gone and left! One of those things I guess people accidentally pack and take home with them! I will also get a little lamp for the double bedroom, I would expect it'll come in useful for small children at bedtime so again, thanks for the feedback. Sorry we never got to meet, but glad you settled in well and enjoyed your stay. Thanks again, Ceri.

Great location and property
Apartment was even better in person than the pictures suggested. Close to local pubs and tourist attractions. Booked last minute and for only part of a week, but this was not a problem. Ceri was very friendly and helpful. Flat was very airy and spacious. Well equipped and furnished, like a home from home.
