Quaint and quirky is the best way to describe our lovely cosy cottage in the heart of a rural village. We promise you will find everything on your doorstep for a relaxing visit.

Downstairs: small entrance hallway into open plan living area with real log fire. Dining area and kitchen combined. Bathroom downstairs with bath and shower.

Upstairs: two large bedrooms; double room with TV and a room with twin beds (also foldaway bed suitable for child).

Outside: small area with table and chairs (east facing, ideal for breakfast in the sunshine) and German wood burning hot tub.

Please note towels are available to hire at an additional £3 per set per person

Village: three tea rooms/coffee shop, ice-cream/gift shops, bakery, pubs serving good pub grub, 2 Indian restaurants and the quintessential duck pond make Sedgefield a lovely villa...

WOW me my partner and our 16month old baby have just spent a week here what a lovely place to stay very relaxing just what we needed . The hot tub is great home from home thank you

What a beautiful little cottage. It had everything we needed to make out three night break perfect. The cottage was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Our dogs settled in straight away and loved there day out at nearby Hardwick Park,well...More

I absolutely loved this cottage. All the home comforts were there, really comfy beds in particular. The cottage seems quite old and is furnished with a mixture of modern and good quality period furniture. I cannot comment on the heating or hot tub as it...More

We are located in the centre of Sedgefield. Take junction 60 on the A1(M) and drive into Sedgefield. We are on the right hand side just passed the Black Lion Pub. Park in the car park opposite the cottage.
