Well furnished modern apartement in a lively seaside resort(Donville Les Bains), 10 minutes walk from the beach, 300m from the town center and shops.The town center of Granville( La Manche's main seaside resort) is within walking distance, many restaurants,bars,shops,casino,Thalasso,Marina , fishing port and ferries to the Channel Islands. The apartement offers a well positioned base to discover The Granvillaise and the rest of the departement. Enclosed garden , barbecue and sunbeds.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Strandnähe
Diese gemütliche Wohnung hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht: perfekt ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet, aber nicht überfrachtet und hervorragend gelegen in fußläufiger Nähe (10 min) zum Supermarkt und Bäckerei und ebenso weit zum Strand, der sich kilometerweit zum Horizont erstreckt. Das Stadtzentrum von Granville ist zu Fuß auch gut erreichbar; ebenso wie mit dem Bus.
Der Vermieter Andrew ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und am letzten Tag wieder zurückgebracht. Da er Brite ist, ist die Verständigung auch ohne Französischkenntnisse sehr gut möglich.

confortable
Très contente de cette location. l’appartement de 2 pièces propre et décor simple et agréable à la vue :salon avec canapé lit pour 2 et cuisine plus chambre pour 2 personnes, salle de bain confortable et tout ce qu’il faut.
Un jardin un peu sauvage super pour manger et se reposer au milieu d’arbres et arbustes divers.
Andrew, très aimable et répondant à toutes nos questions. je recommande!

toll ausgestattete Wohnung & sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet
Wir waren zu dritt knappe zwei Wochen in dieser süssen Wohnung. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnugen, die wir bisher hatten ist dies mit Abstand am besten ausgestattet gewesen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, sogar Spülschwänmme, Spüli, Putzmittel, Salz, Pfeffer und und und...... das leidige Grundausstattung einkaufen blieb uns somit erspart.
Der Strand ist fussläufig innerhalb von einer knappen viertel Stunde (mit Kind) erreichbar und auch an Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung mangelt es nicht. Abends sassen wir oft im Garten und genosen die Ruhe.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr positiv überrascht und können diese Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

granville donville
the appartment and all other details are correctly written. the location in donville is really great,close to the beach and granville,supermarket etc.,however we preferred to drive 10 minutes and walk directly along the beach or town.andrew is a nice host and was helpful when needed. everything worked very nice.
the only comment although not necessarily negative is that the said “seaside resort” relates to donville and not to the house.the apartment is a ground floor apartment part of the foundation, with a very low sealing.after realizing that most houses there are built the same we accepted it and enjoyed our time. thanks.
